What It Costs
There are so many fees associated with listing and selling an item on eBay® it’s enough to make your head spin, but we don’t want you to have to worry about that so we include ALL the fees into our commission rates. That is just how COOL we are!

We also try to offer services that can accommodate any item and any sellers comfort level. There are no items that are too large or small for us to handle, we only require that each item or lot of items have an eBay® value of no less than $35.

If you are unsure of the value of your item(s) please call us or come by during business hours for a free assessment of your item(s).

When We Pay
We pay out once the sale is closed. A Closed Sale means the following requirements have been met.

  • Item was paid for
  • Item was shipped
  • Item was NOT returned by buyer

All Items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. The buyer has 8 days to inspect the item from the date the item was shipped. After 8 days All Sale Are Final.

What Is SELL IT FAST Auctions?
SELL IT FAST Auctions is a full service, family owned auction assistant company. We help you sell your items on eBay® & other auction websites as well as our own website. We can also help you sell items by the piece or by the whole home or business. We do all the work of researching, listing, selling, payment processing and shipping of the item to the buyer. After that, we send you a check!

What Do We Sell?
We sell everything under the sun! We work with you to determine if your item is sellable on eBay® or by other methods.. This can be from a small coin to a motor home. We do require that your item or lot be of at least $35 in value. Jewelry and other valuables must be accompanied by a certified appraisals and/or certificate of authenticity. All items must also be legal for sale on eBay®. (No counterfeits, hazardous materials, etc.) We can provide you with a full list of eBay’s restricted items.

Is It Safe?
Safety is very important to us. We keep your items safe and secure while we have them for sale. From a buyers perspective, we have an excellent feedback track record and you can feel confident that our items are accurately described, packed well with fast and fair shipping.

How Long Does It Take To Sell An Item?
It usually takes up to 3 days to photograph, write a description and list your auction. After that, each auction lasts for 7 days on average.

What If My Item Doesn’t Sell?
When you drop off your item, we will ask how you would like to handle unsold items. You can either pick up your item within 10 days, or many of our customers will have us donate the item to charity. We will contact you via e-mail or phone if your item doesn’t sell and if not picked up within 10 days, the item will be donated.

Can SELL IT FAST Auctions Help My Business Move Overstock Merchandise Or Surplus Equipment?
Yes, we will successfully work with your business to help expose your inventory to a worldwide marketplace. Items that might not be selling quickly in Springfield, MO may be more desirable in other area’s of the US or another part of the world. Surplus equipment also sells well on eBay®. Examples are: used machinery, restaurant equipment, tools, etc…

How Can SELL IF FAST Auctions Raise Money For My Organization, School or Church?
We provide a great alternative to traditional methods of raising funds for your organization. Traditional fundraising such as candy sales can be a thing of the past. Simply have your members and supporters drop off their items to sell with us or we can schedule a “Drop off day” at your location and we can come and get it. Once your item(s) sell, we’ll mail your organization a check. It’s easy for your members and easy for you!

Can SELL IT FAST Auctions Make Purchases For Me?
Yes, through our Professional Shopper Program. You tell us about the item you want to buy, give us the maximum purchase price you will pay for it, Give a deposit and we will find it, buy it and have it shipped to our store or another location.
